Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf announced his resignation on Monday just one month after his anti-free speech censorship law went into place.
The far-left politician chose to step down just before he was likely to be forcibly removed via a vote of no-confidence by his fellow elected officials.
“While a route through this week’s motion of no confidence was absolutely possible, I am not willing to trade my values and principles or do deals with whoever simply for retaining power… I have concluded that repairing our relationship across the political divide can only be done with someone else at the helm,” he said in a resignation speech.
Perhaps complaining the European nation is too white wasn’t the best political strategy!
The failed globalist pawn’s legacy will be that of authoritarian censorship, a surge in illegal immigration and unpopular “green” climate policies.
